This 60 minute treatment is designed to help you fully switch off and unwind. Your experience begins with a deeply relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage, gently easing away tension and calming both body and mind. The treatment then flows into the backs of the legs and feet, encouraging full body relaxation from head to toe. If you would prefer to skip the feet, we will simply spend more time where your body needs it most.
