Owner & Advanced Skin Therapist Stacy is the founder and heart behind The Lily Retreat Beauty Room. With over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, she has built a reputation for her expertise, warmth, and genuine passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin. A Level 4 qualified Beauty Therapist, Stacy specialises in advanced skin treatments and is recognised by Dermalogica® and The International Dermal Institute as a Dermalogica Expert — an achievement that places her among the highest trained skin therapists in the UK. Her commitment to results-driven skincare has led her to complete advanced training in HydraFacial, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning and Million Dollar Facial protocols. She continues to expand her knowledge to ensure clients always receive the best and most effective treatments available. Outside of the salon, Stacy loves spending time with her husband Steven, children Lily and Theo, and their dogs Jess and Freddie on their family farm. She enjoys horse riding, camping, hiking, cooking, and getting lost in a good book — anything that lets her unwind and enjoy time with her loved ones. |

Beauty Therapist & Brow Expert Kyra is our resident Brow Expert and all-round beauty perfectionist. Calm, precise, and naturally talented, she takes great pride in making every client feel their best. From beautifully shaped brows to relaxing facials, Kyra’s attention to detail and gentle approach make her a firm favourite with our clients. She holds a Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy and continues to advance her skills with specialist training in HydraFacial, lash and brow treatments, and Medik8 skincare. Kyra loves helping clients achieve confidence through glowing skin and perfectly groomed brows. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll usually find Kyra spending time with family and friends, enjoying walks along the beach, or relaxing with a good coffee. |

Beauty Therapist Natalie is our Rising Star — friendly, caring, and passionate about her work. With a natural talent for creating a relaxing atmosphere, she’s known for her beautiful BIAB manicures, soothing massages, and glowing facials. Natalie holds a Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy and is constantly building her knowledge with ongoing training in HydraFacial, Medik8 skincare, and advanced beauty techniques. Her calm, confident approach helps clients unwind and leave the salon feeling their absolute best. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys time with friends, exploring new places, and practising new nail and skincare techniques to perfect her craft. |
