As much as I love EVERYTHING about my job, the treatments, the clients, the products...It may come as a surprise that like you I have bills to pay...I know who would have thought it right?!
This is why I ask please, PLEASE be considerate when cancelling appointments! I ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, and any less than this will incur a charge of 50% of the rate of the appointments booked (this also includes cancelling some but not all of your appointments that day). It's something that I hate enforcing, but with less than 24 hours notice I don't always fill that space that you have taken, therefore resulting in me not getting paid...
I understand that most of the time you hate having to cancel as much as I do, and I understand that sometimes there is nothing you can do about it, I get it...it's life! All I ask is for a little consideration, I am a small business and this is my livelihood, please respect that!
NO SHOWS Anyone who decides to not turn up to an appointment with absolutely no contact with me will be charged the full amount for the treatment(s) booked. In this day and age there is simply no excuse for it, we send out reminder texts and emails. You don't even need to call, a simple message is more than enough!
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please be aware that for late arrivals, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly, and you will still be required to pay the full price. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, we may require that the appointment be rescheduled, and it will be considered a no show. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointment time.
