CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY If you cancel an appointment within 24-48hours of your treatment you will Be charged 50% of your treatment cost. If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of your treatment or do not show up to an appointment you will be charged for the full amount of the treatment(s) price. You will be invoiced for the amount owed. No future appointments will be offered until all cancellation/no show charges are paid.
LATENESS If you are running late, please contact the salon ASAP to let us know your expected arrival time. Depending on the length of time and service booked, we will either offer a shorter service or your appointment will be cancelled. If you are more than 15 mins late, your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a no show and charged at 100%
CHILDREN & GUESTS Due to the size and layout of the salon, as well as the use of tools, which can cause harm, children & guests can not be accommodated for at The Lily Retreat.
CHANGE OF MIND If you attend your appointment and decide that you don’t want the full-service agree, you will be charged the full cost of the initially booked service. If you do change your mind you must let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so we can make amendments without charge.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE We reserve the right to refuse a booking or appointment for any reason such as: frequent lateness, failure to follow aftercare procedures, failure to comply with the policies listed.
