Our clients here at The Lily Retreat Beauty Room mean more to us than anything else, after all it's you guys that keep us going, and keep us smiling on a day to day basis! We value your loyalty and custom and love to give you as much as we can! Hence our brand new Reward Cards!
-For every 10 stamps you receive, we will give you a FREE treatment up to the value of £20. Or you can use this £20 as credit towards a treatment of higher value!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
-The balance is non transferable.
-Cannot be exchanged for cash.
-Every Stamped earned must be by the named cardholder.
-The FREE treatment is valid for 6 months from the date of the 10th stamp received.
-1 Stamp will be issued for 1 treatment. A maximum of 2 stamps per visit. i.e. if a client has 2 or more treatments they will receive 2 stamps.
-The cardholder only is eligible for the free treatment.
-The £20 credit cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
-The £20 credit cannot be used to purchase products.
-The £20 credit cannot be used towards LVL Lash treatments.
-The free treatment must be had with the client's regular therapist.
-The £20 credit can be used towards a treatment of higher value. The £20 will be deducted from the total price of treatment(s) had.
-Lost reward cards cannot be replaced.
-Stamps cannot be collected when receiving your free treatment.
-Stamps Cannot be backdated if rewards card is forgotten.
-Clients who cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the amount of stamps equivalent to the amount of treatments booked.
-Clients who do not show up to appointments will forfeit the amount of stamps equivalent to the amount of treatments booked.
-Therapists reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
